- In case reservation falls in multiple rate periods, rates are adapted based on rate per night. In case reservation is for more than one week, 10% is discounted for every subsequent week.
- Cleaning cost: 50 euro, to be left in cash (in envelope on kitchen table) on day of departure
- Rental of bed linen and towels: 8 euro per person, to be left in cash (in envelope on kitchen table) on day of departure.
- No smoking inside the house
